First introduced in 1975 as a predecessor to the Cross Trainer, the Nike All Court has since proven itself to be an all-around shoe. First released with a canvas upper in white and light blue, this original version of the All Court has become a sport classic by way of various courts of play. It’s a basketball shoe, a tennis shoe, a squash shoe, a handball and racquetball shoe that has ultimately been taken by the street to become a lifestyle shoe.

The simple and timeless look of the All Court has attracted such design partners as Hiroshi and APC, who chose to reinterpret the All Court to only later become two of the most coveted collaboration projects released last year.

In 2010 the All Court Leather comes in a mid version. It comes with premium leather uppers, perforated Swoosh and a clean white vulcanized outer sole. It will be available soon in black, purple and green.

Transforming a casual sneaker into a hiking boot, this Air Force 1 high is a more than well timed release from Nike (particularly from all of us currently drowned in snow!). The boot has a seasonal burgundy upper, swoosh and strap, with a white mid and outsole, complete with two-toned, rounded laces in traditional hiking style. Now available from Kasina, the latest Air Force 1 is a Quickstrike release which means premium materials and limited numbers.

Wow, THANK YOU GOD!” That was a post on DJ AM’s Twitter page earlier last year. Finally Nike is releasing this super sought after shoe in memory of Adam Goldstein. The late DJ AM was the epitome of a sneakerhead and an extremely influential and talented DJ. With the help of Nike, Adam was able to design this red and black Dunk High with patent panels and 3M swoosh. His logo appears on the tongue for added value.

Keeping in theme with influential DJ’s, Nike has blessed us with another collab alongside DJ Premier. This AF1 features a black on black theme with contrasting stitching. The sole is super icy with a turntable motif throughout. Premier’s name is all over these bad boys and no doubt will remind us why he is a king in the hip-hop game. Limited quantities available.

The Jordan Brand has big plans for 2010.  Here is one of them.  The Air Jordan Flight 45 Chicago Quickstrike is a combination of two of the best Jordan classics, the Air Jordan VI and the Air Jordan IX.  It also has the style of a very recognizable colourway, which MJ used during the 94-95 season comeback.  The palette and detailing is Air Jordan X Chicago so this is a classic shoe made from classic shoes.  Talk about history rolled into one.  The black and white combo was excellently executed with the tongue, lace and strap combo.  Get yours now on stores everywhere.
